Founder Pete Edwards has been a strength coach and personal trainer for over 15 years. At Thrive HM he has assembled a team of carefully chosen individuals who are all congruent with our values.

Thrives approach to health is an integrated one. To us, healthy is not just the absence of disease, it’s not even a state of complete mental and physical wellbeing. Healthy is a state of energy, physical fitness, mental clarity and performance. Healthy should be thriving on all levels. Our approach starts with detailed assessments. We go to great lengths to establish an understanding of your objectives, your context and your motivations. We then craft an individualised program for you based on that assessment. A road map, if you will, towards better health and performance. We can then offer a multitude of ways we can coach you along that path.
