Founder Pete Edwards has been a strength coach and personal trainer for over 15 years. At Thrive HM he has assembled a team of carefully chosen individuals who are all congruent with our values.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

At Thrive HM we value physical health as one of the most important and impactful factors in the human experience. The body is the vehicle through which you experience every facet of your life. As such, improving and maintaining the health and function of your body positively impacts everything you do and everything you are. The way you choose to live today, as a 30 or 40 or 50-year-old, determines to a great extent the quality of physical health you will enjoy at 60 or 70 or 80 years old.

In recent years the evidence has piled up to show us just how much agency we have over the trajectory of our health with our everyday choices. Regardless of your genetic strengths and weaknesses, your way of life is having a profound impact on your future quality of life. We believe that it is well worth deliberately curating your way of life today, to receive in return higher performance now, and for longer into the future. We aim to teach a powerful, impactful, yet simple and sustainable way of life that helps all of our clients and the Thrive HM community, to live better every day. Focusing on fitness, nutrition, stress resilience, sleep, and perspective, we aim to help you thrive.
