This class delivers multiple, significant, physical challenges. with components of strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular fitness, this once weekly class is a tough hour. It will illuminate areas where your training is lacking, allowing you to see areas you can improve on.

This class has an awesome atmosphere. The coaches and participants bring a lot of energy and good spirits. Its a fantastically collaborative environment where you will be encouraged, not intimidated.
