When Nick came to see us at Thrive he was 33% body fat. Which is classed as obese. He was unhappy with his lifestyle, knowing that he was on a slippery slope and wanted to make changes to become more healthy, fitter, and drop the fat he had slowly accumulated over the last 10 years. As a corporate banker, Nick had all the stressors and pressures shared by many of our clients. But he committed to the process and made impressive progress.

Over the next year, Nick dropped more than half the total fat on his body. He now walks around at a healthy 12% body fat pretty much all year round. He’s fit, running regular 5 and 10k runs, he trains 3-5 days a week with us and manages all this while maintaining a relatively normal life. No counting calories, no eating every meal from tupperware.
